On tap at he brewpub. Pours a clear deep purple with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma has rich but sweet blackberry and some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has rich but sweet dark fruits throughout backed by sweet grains and a touch if toffee.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of biscuit and bread with a light pine note underlying. Flavor combines bread and biscuit with grass and grain underlying.

Nitro at the brewpub. Pours a near clear deep amber brown with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich combination of earthy coffee and roasted malts with so e dark grains backing. Flavor starts with clogged with bitter dark grains and roasted malts backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a dark chocolate head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a great combination of bourbon, dark grains and a bit of roasted malts. Flavor is boozy up front with bourbon backed by roasted malts, dark grains and a bit of biter chocolate.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has very dank and earthy grass/pine with sweet apples underlying. Flavor is full of sweet apple up front but has very earthy grass joining in the finish that clashes.
