Winterfest 2013. Brown color and a fairly thick palate. Light bourbon aroma. Flavor is sweet with toffee as the description says. Very good.

Winterfest 2013. Maybe the best beer at the festival this year. Fantastic aroma of sweet vanilla and cherry. Sweet flavor with more of the same, and just the lightest bourbon, which adds to the vanilla with oak and improves the flavor rather than bringing intense bourbon character into it. I would say this is one of the best beers ever from Town Hall.

Winterfest 2013. On draught. Very nice pink color with pink foam. Real cherry aroma and cherry flavor with lightly sweet malt. A light and effervescent fruit beer with good flavor. This was one of the best beers at Winterfest this year.

Growler - provided by Huhzubendah. Thanks! Poured a clear copper color, with a medium sized white head. Lot of citrus hops in this one! Light and enjoyable, this was pretty darn good. Highly drinkable.

Bottle thanks to a trade. Pours a hazy deep gold with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice barrel note with a hint of light berry and sweet grains. Flavor starts with sweet grains and caramel with sweet grains backed by bourbon.

Tap. Pours clear dark brown with a small tan head and some lacing. Aroma is strong dark roasted malts, coffee, and cocoa. Flavor is same, medium sweet and lightly bitter - strong coffee presence. Medium to full bodied, and quite nice.

Tap. Pours opaque black with a small brown head and minimal lacing. Aroma is coffee, toasted coconut, and light whiskey. Flavor is about the same with roasted malt and chocolate notes. Quite sweet but not cloying, minimal bitterness. Medium body. Not sure if i would call this great, but it was very interesting.

Tap. Pours hazy amber with a small white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is honey, clove, tobacco, nutmeg. Flavor is the same, cloyingly sweet with no bitterness and clove persisting into the finish. Light bodied with a warming finish, but the high ABV was otherwise well masked behind the sweetness. Not a fan.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium off-white head and awesome lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, tropical fruit, and resin. Flavor is about the same - hope forward with a light sweetness. Very bitter in the body and through the finish. Medium body. Quite nice.
