Very dark beer, sweet/bourbon smell. Tastes like bourbon, with a hint of smoke. Overall it makes for a strange combination in the end, not very bad though.

Blik thuis geprobeerd. Het is een helder geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van citrus. De smaak is moutig, zacht citrusachtig met tonen van sinaasappel en hop.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 25 Feb 2026) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, citrus and herbs. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, citrus, herbs, honey and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.
