Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is lots of raisin and rum upfront with oak, spirits, roast, chocolate, caramel, some alcohol. Moderate bittersweet, boozy finish. Body is medium to full. Some wonderful Rum barrel aging here, tons of raisins.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is smoked malt with caramel, soft ash/burnt wood, dried fruits, dark malt, hint of dried berries. Smoky/malty finish. Flavour is sweetish with a moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Well done Kompaan, more beer like this please.

Bottle. Aroma is caramel malt with obvious candy sugar, notes of cinnamon. Hint of tobacco. Moderate sweet and bitter flavour, medium body. Not bad per se, but what a nondescript beer... nothing like a milkshake NEIPA as stated on the label.

330ml can. Semi-hazed yellow gold with small white head, modest retention. Aroma of sweet tropical passionfruit and mango with some notable pale malts. Taste follows same pattern; tropical notes and soft malts. Pleasant if unspectacular. Some modest bitterness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel. OK.

Can. Typical Kettle Sour lacto sourness, lots of pineapple with some wheaty pale malt. Lemon. Tart, mild sour flavour. Body is medium. Kinda bland.

Can from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malty and piney with sugary orange, caramel, candied fruit, pine resin, hint of toffee. On the sweet side with a long bittersweet finish. Body is medium. Strong and malty, could be a bit more fruity, sweet but nicely bitter as well.
