From tap at De Brasserie, Emmen. Nicely bitter. Aroma could be a bit better. Picking up grapefruit, citrus, malt, light pine. Bitter with a light sweetness. Shades of hopburn.

Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is pale malts, grass, toasted grains, mellow citric zest, papaya.
Taste comprises mandarin, grass, citric tinged straw, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness.
Okay.

Can. Slight hazy deep golden with small head. Apricot, juicy hops, toffee, dough, light honey, spicy rye. Solid medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Quite OK actually.

Aus der Dose (bbe 20.10.2025) im 2025-01 getrunken. Ein typische Stout mit schöne dunkelbeiger Schaumkrone und was aber positiv überrascht das die 14% perfekt eingebunden sind. Doch in der Nase finde ich diese widerliche Aroma-Assoziation von Rosenblüten-Seife, die alles überdeckt. Igitt! Und auch am Gaumen ist die Rosenblüten-Seife da. Oh nein das kriege ich nicht runter. Weg in den Ausguß - Schade!
