Beer is an age-old product and we wanted to interpret it in a contemporary key, always keeping a connection with tradition.
Birra OV is crafted with the aim, indeed the duty, to maintain the organoleptic qualities, totally avoiding preservaties’ use in order to guarantee both the high quality and the customer’s satisfaction, which will always be our most important goal.

On tap @La Brasseria (Rome). Ambrata, mediamente velata, schiuma bianco sporca medio-leggera. Al naso note di malto, caramello, floreale, erba tagliata. In bocca è dolce, maltata, leggeri sentori tostati, chiusura appena amara. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Old style, un po' anonima, ma si beve.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours classic blonde, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is delicate herbaceous. Body is average, with marked carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with a nice dry final, only showing some more bitterness.

spina, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo velato, al naso malto limone e leggero miele, in bocca malto caramello cereali e note floreali, corpo leggero, carbonatazione moderata, dolce con amaro percettibile.
