Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma riferisce di percezioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e resina.

Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, il bicchiere si contorna di una schiuma dal pizzo importante e la persistenza è lunga. Le bollicine sono fini. La consistenza del liquido è limpida, attraversata da bollicine fini. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si depositano sensazioni di miele, cereali e fiori.

Bottle, gift from daniele (thank you!). Ambrata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di malto, lieviti, note citriche ed erbacee, pompelmo. In bocca è maltata con finale amaro, bilanciata, abbastanza lunga. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Molto buona!

Bottle, thanks daniele. Clean amber bright pour, tick off-white foam with good retention. Nose: incense, amber malts, pinch of almonds. Mouth: nice taste, frizzy carbonation, smooth malty notes and a decent bitterness. Very tasty!

50cl bottle from a little shop in the Veronese countryside. Pours a clear gold with some creamy white head. Nose has biscuit, soggy grains, orange marmalade, some cream. Flavor has straw, raw grist, orange marmalade, honey. Slick finish.

Had this months ago, thanks daniele! Dark brown, nice foamy head that stays, beautiful lacing. Aroma has some nice roast, soft. taste is also roasty, thick, chocolate and cocoa. Slightly sour alcohol feel to it, although it has only 6,2 abv. Nice.
