33cl can. A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of mild sweet dark chocolate malt, liquorice. Taste of strong dark roasted malt, liquorice some chocolate.

Amber colour, small off-white head. Toffee, grain and wood in the nose. Medium-bodied, crisp carbonation. Toffee, alcohol, some spicey hops, Belgian yeast. Typical average Belgian strong ale.

Can shared with Johnny. Orange-golden color, white head. Aroma is lightly malts, hops, fresh hoppiness. Flavor is similar. Hoppy, fresh, refreshing, hoppy bitter. Solid. Very solid. Il ike this one.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Toffee, dried fruit, hint of roast and Armagnac in the aroma. Sweet but sharp flavor with toffee but also with dominating Armagnac. Grapes. Amandelspijs.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, bready malty and alcoholic aroma, yeasty fruity hints of banana, dried fruit, overtones of ammonia, thinner. Taste is sweet, dark malty, slightly bready malty, quite boozy, yeasty fruity hints of banana and dried fruit, raisin, apple; lingering, warming, alcoholic finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Very alcoholic, hardly drinkable - nope.
