On tap at Yaletown. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Gentle roast and bitter cacao on the nose. Flavour has gentle roast and plenty of coffee and bitter dark chocolate. Pretty decent for the style.

Cask Days 2012. Quite hoppy aroma for a saison. some tropical fruit, and some wheat, and yeast. reminds me alot of a tripel actually, minus the booze. grassy hop finish, with more yeasty esters.
On tap. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of toasted malts. Flavors of same. Hops? Can’t detect any from a flavor perspective. Very Simple. Homebrew level.
