Bottle at the brewery. Red, strong head. Caramel. Sticky, caramel, bitter, bit oily. A long lasting sticky aftertaste.

Tap, at the brewery. Cloudy golden amber. Nice hoppy notes. Fresh, chewy, round. Very drinkable. And very fresh. Do yourself a favor and drink it right here.

Tap, next to the brewery. Cloudy golden. Camomille, muscat. Round, even a bit chewy. Also tastes like camomille, with a decent hoppy aftertaste. Interesting. Not bad.

33 cl bottle @ home as Ratsherrn Alkoholiton Aroma has starchy malt, grassy hops and plastic vibes. Flavour has cardboard, some grassy hops, mild starchy maltiness. Also plastic. Contains all typical flaws of a NA pils; worse than I expected.

Pale gold with a creamy, white head. Lovely floral aroma with lingering aloe vera. Taste is mildly bitter with cloves and yeast at the finish. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. The watery texture dampens an overall pleasant experience. Not bad.

Buddel: Deep amber coloured with a reddish sheen, presumably not clear, stable yellowish creamy head, moderate sweet-bitter - relatively dry - aroma of toasted malt with delicate nutty and chocolatey traces, herbal hops from far behind; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, nearly full bodied, pretty soft; drier roasty/toasty finish with a herbal hoppy aftertaste. Chapeau! A well balanced, easy drinking Doppelbock...
