Dorada, casi limpia, y de espuma de buen tamaño y retención media. Aroma grano con notas de fermentación ligeramente especiadas. Ligeramente oleosa, paso fácil, buen punto de carbonatación. Seca en general y de amargor moderado, mayor que el propio del estilo. Sabor agradable, entre notas malteadas y aportaciones herbales del lúpulo.

(Draft at Dolden Mädel, Berlin, 15 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, herbs, hay and hints of toast. Malty taste with notes of bread, toast, orange peel and a mild, slightly spicy, bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, and quite tasty. Quite nice.
