Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are sour malt, bread, fruits, funk, hops and has a nice sour bready finish.

330mml. bottle as part of the European Local Swap 4/2019, many thanks @Erzengel for this one. @home, 03/04/2020 [#3.339 Global - #308 Germany - #5 Ratsherrn Brauerei] Dark Brown colour with a medium tan head. Good Retention. Aroma is Wood, riped fruits, coffee and roasted malts. Taste is burnt Brown sugar, Wood, dried fruits and caramel. Brandy barrels. Dry finish. Good. Next one please!

Smooth mild beginning. Very nice and round with hints of caramel and nuts. Refreshing caramelly, moderate sweetish - hints of dark cherries and plums. Fantastic smooth and mild. Great brew!

330mml. bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2019, many thanks @Erzengel for this one. @home, 27/03/2020 [#3.333 Global - #305 Germany - #4 Ratsherrn Brauerei] Dark Brown colour with a medium beige head. Aroma is intense coffee beans, roasted malts, plums and raisins. Very Good actually. Taste is full of roasted coffee and malts leading to a long bitter finish. Full bodied. Next one please!

0,33 l bottle out of the mixed Senatsbock 6-pack. A darkest red-brown, nearly black in the glass, small fast fading beige head. Fruit sweet toasted malty smell. Taste is dark malty, little bit oily at the palate, some sweetness in the background. Fruity elements. Increasing caramel in the second part. Nearly no carbonation. As expected. Nice but getting thinner in the aftertaste.

Bottle purchased from Craftbeer-Shop.com Webshop, Parchim. I had this Saturday 21st March 2020 at home Attenkirchen, listening to the Kostas music choice and cooking Tiropita (Greek Cheese Pie) and Ultimate Chicken Shwarmas. We have Kostas with us. Pours very dark brown, almost black with a cappuccino coloured head. Quite beefy, some stock, a little soft mouthfeel, some, malty. A little dark fruit presents itself, good.

Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, nearly stabledissipates slowly, average lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, grass, spicy notes. Smooth fruity taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, lemon, grapefruit, grain, grass. Medium body, oily, fruity bittersweet aftertaste, grapefruit, orange pith, peppery notes, good.

Hazy pale golden colour, good but loose frothy white head, half-way lasting, patchy lacing. Aroma pale malt, yeast, oats, grass, pineapple. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, yeast, light lemon, pineapple, light oats. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, some orange peel, bit peppery on the tongue, refreshing and very easy to drink, very nice.
