Description
MickDuff's Brewing Company was established in early 2006 in the picturesque town of Sandpoint, Idaho, by brothers Mickey and Duffy Mahoney. The idea to start such a place came from the brothers' fondness for hand-crafted beer and the desire to live in a year-round vacation locale. Their efforts resulted in a family-friendly restaurant and Brewpub on First Ave and grew to now include a Beer Hall & Brewery Tasting Room at their production facility around the corner on Cedar St.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is dominated by over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits. Much to my surprise the body is light.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of ditmier. Pours a cloudy amber with a small yellowish head. Caramel and sweet woody accents in the nose - combined with some yeasty esters. Medium body, caramel and overripe fruit with some phenols. Perhaps a little oxidized. The finish actually has some hops - and booze. 230211
