Pours a clear golden colore with a small white head. Aroma is grassy. Bitter, grassy and light cornish flavoured. Ends dry and bitter.

Blaue Buddel im Brauhaus: Pale golden to golden, stable small head; mild strawy and floral nose, some pale malt underneath; mild and dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and "crisp"; slightly lingering hoppy and grainy finish. Not a great one, but well drinkable…

At the brewpub, Bad Windsheim, 8/8/2015. Hazy gold with a big, white, head. Easy drinking, sweetish beer, with slightly doughy malts, ripe fruits and a soft finish. Good.

At the brewpub, Bad Windsheim, 8/8/2015. Hazy gold in colour with a big, white, head. Very easy drinking for the ABV, with some sweetish cereal malts, a hint of stone fruit and moderately bitter finish. Good.

Herber, leicht karamellig rauchiger Antrunk. Weich, hell getreidig, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Hell herber Mittelteil, die Aromen bleiben im Grunde gleich, sinken in ihrer Intensität aber deutlich. 8/9/9/8/9/8
