Bottle 500ml. @ home.Murky medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, banana - pineapple, yeast, clove notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101012]

(Bottle at One Pint Pub Augustfest ’10) Poured pale yellow and hazy. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma contained clove, fruitiness and citricness. Palate was medium bodied and bit tongue-numbing with quite high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale golden yellow, tiny head. Sourish nose witha nice aple aroma. Very fruity and sour with a wild and fascinating touch of barnyard. Dry mouthfeel. Slightly sparkling. A very pleasant drink.

Bottle (courtesy of Quack-Duck !): Pale golden, hazy, quite quickly diminishing white head; vanilla and bananas in the nose, backed by sweet-malt and yeast; moderate sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; fruity-sweetish (bananas) finish with a very light tartness in the aftertaste. Not bad at all.......

Bottle (donated by Quack-Duck!):Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, bigger, slowly collapsing head; grainy and herbal-hoppy nose with a distinctive fruity-yeasty touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; light fruity-bitter finish wioth a shy barnyardy aftertaste. A good one......

Bottle (courtesy of Quack-Duck !): Reddish-amber coloured with a frothy beige head, that slowly collapses with a little lace; shy almondy, a bit hoppy medical nose; quite soft MF, light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied as well; short malty sweet-bitter finish. Not really convincing...........

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Light-bodied with rather shy flavours: pleasantly malty with a fruity touch (apples) and hints of honey, floral-herbal hops in the finish. Light and refreshing beer.
