Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av ek, fat, bourbon, vanilj, russin, fikon, farinsocker, konjak och karamell. Stor sötma, mycket av allt. Gott men något ojämn.

Double Chilli Edition. Opaque black - brown beer, good darkish tan head. Chocolate and maltesers nose. Palate is airy and soft, decent fine carbonation. Taste follows the nose and adds a nice smooth dark chocolate. Then a pretty fierce chilli kicks in and burns all the way through the finish and well in to the aftertaste. There is very nice Imperial Stout here being held back by playing silly bollocks with the Chilli!

Draught @ [ 888 Winter Camp French Craft Beer Festival ] - Malmö Brewing Co, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 214 22. [ As La Débauche Cognac Barrel ].Unclear medium to dark brown amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, dark malt, wood - cognac, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, bread, wood, cognac, dark malt, sweet malt, figs, warm sweet alcohol. Body is medium - medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160123]

Sampled at BAB 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Bottle thnx to Roberto. Pours dark brown, no real head. Smell is dark malts, mild bourbon. Taste is alcohol heat, warmth, dark malts, grainy profile. Very nice !

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. En stor kraftig IS med ALLT vad man kan önska av massiv kropp, kraftfulla smaker av kaffe, choklad, lakrits, torkad mörk frukt och i den senare delen av smaken en kittlande chili med en hetta som långsamt växer riktigt snyggt integrerad i grundölet. Det bästa chiliöl jag druckit. Fantastiskt gott.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. En barled wine med mycket, kanske för mycket ek/fat och bourbon. Vanilj/vanillin-smaken blir lite väl överväldigande trots att det är riktigt gott. Jämte senbourbon, torkad frukt, russin, fikon, mogen banan. Gott men tycker att proportionerna är lite skeva.

Draught sample. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Roasted aroma with dark malts, caramel, chocolate, coffee and a burn from chillies. Licorice. Full body with an oily texture. Finishes drying and with hotness from the chillies.
