Browar Stu Mostów to założony przez Arlettę i Grzegorza Ziemian pierwszy po latach klasyczny browar rzemieślniczy we Wrocławiu. Powstał w 2014 roku z zamysłem produkcji najlepszej jakości piwa kraftowego (cały proces produkcyjny obserwować można z antresoli, na której umiejscowiony jest nasz Pub!). Piwną i gastronomiczną ofertę Browaru uzupełnia firmowy sklep i bistro: Concept Stu Mostów, czyli miejsce, w którym można zarówno zjeść nietuzinkowe śniadania, kupić wypiekane na miejscu pieczywo, przetwory czy sezonowane mięso, jak również zaopatrzyć się w piwa butelkowe z oferty nie tylko naszej ale i wielu topowych browarów zagranicznych.

Butelka 0.5l (02.06.2016). Barwa jasno złota i o dziwo piwo nalało się praktycznie klarowne. Piana biała, drobniutka, dość trwała i ładnie zdobi szkło. W aromacie klasyczny weizen ale jakby z domieszką nuty owocowej choć niezbyt wyraźny i intensywny. W smaku mało "pszenicy", czuć nutkę owocową. Piwo jest słabo nagazowane, brak mu charakterystycznego kwasku, nieco słodkawe na finiszu, płaskie w smaku. Jeżeli zamysłem był klasyczny hefeweizen to raczej słabiutko wyszło.

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of dry fruits, floral hops, yeast. Taste of floral mild bitter hops, dry fruits, pale malt, yeast, spices, interesting and good stuff!

Orange/red colored beer with fair, off-white head. Malty profile in aroma, slightly smoked with fruity hints. Slightly sour, rather sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation.

Barwa jasny bursztyn, nieprzejrzysta, piana gęsta drobnopęcherzykowa, powoli opada. Średni lacing. W aromacie cytrusy i białe winogrona. W smaku wyraźna lecz zalegająca w gardle grejpfrutowo-łodygowa goryczka. Posmak czerwonych grejpfrutów.

BB 17/02/2016. black color, small coffee-colored head. smells of exotic fruits, spices, light roast, light vanilla, licorice, light coffee, light notes of pickles. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, some herbs, light salt, cocoa, vanilla, exotic fruits, very creamy, licorice. finishes lightly bitter / a bit roasty with notes of grass, herbs, and licorice. quite lovely beer, great balance, would definitly drink about.

Bottled, from Czarodziejka Gorzałka, Warsaw. Black, small beige head. Huge chocolaty black currant aroma. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Soothingly chocolaty with plenty of blueberry and black currant. Warming finish. Unusually creamy and hoppy Imperial Stout.

Slightly hazy, golden beer with small head. Tropical fruits in aroma along with hints of pine and resin. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Well balanced. Medium to high carbonation. Light body.

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Golden with a creamy white head. Promising hop aroma. Medium-bodied, lovely malty flavours with just the right sweetness to balance the fragrant, fruity hoppy flavours. Lingering hoppy finish. Superb stuff.
