Can at home. Pours burgundy with a pinkish head. Nose is cherry, berries, vanilla and light lactic acidity. Taste is tart fruits upfront, cherry and berries with a sweeter, lactosey touch following. There’s a hint of vanilla as well. Closes with a tart and sweetish finish, has a light to medium body and soft carbonation. Well rounded, tasty beer and does exactly what I expect from a pastry sour.

Can shared at work. Black pour, beige head. Nose is dark chocolate, molasses, booze and tonka. Taste is moderately sweet yet a tad dry, showing moderate roasted malts, some coffeee, dark chocolate, cocoa powder and tonka. Closes with a sweetish, boozy and malty finish, has a medium body and soft carbonation. Does what it promises.

10/3/2025. Draft at Craftownia - Krakowski Wielokran. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, floral, slightly soapy, piney, straw. Moderate sweetness, with very nice bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Nicely done.

Can at home. Pale golden pour with a white head. Sabro works quite well within this beer, it provides a grassy, slightly fruity, spicy, herbal character, resulting in a refreshing, quaffable brew. Crisp, light bodied, pleasantly dry and bitter.

A hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, oat and wheat malt, stone fruits. Taste of dry yellow stone fruits, apricot, yeast, oat, dry fruity mouthfeel.
