A dark brown stout with a very thin brown head. In aroma, beautiful coffee resins, chocolate, light molasses, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee drips, light molasses, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed reddish brown ipa with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops and faint sulfur. In mouth, a bitter chocolate with resinous and piney hops, bilous, a bit unbalanced,, burned toasts, OK. On tap at brewery.

A hazed orange amber ipa with a thin mocha head. In aroma,, loads of piney floral hops, pungent and resinous, citrus pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice smooth biscuit malt with citrusy resinous hops, grapefruit pulp, very nice . On tap at brewery.

A golden amber ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, very nice mix of biscuit malt, catty floral hops, light lactic points and Brett. In mouth, a surprisingly good sour ipa with light cherry notes, floral hops, light Brett, woody notes, excellent. On tap at brewery.

Sampled @ Hunahpu Day 2014. Pours hazy burnt orange color with off white head. Aromas of citrus and sourness. Sour lemon and tart grapefruit flavors with some caramel. Weird stuff.

Sampled @ Hunahpu Day 2014. Pours dark brown color with off white head. Aromas of dark fruits, yeast and earthiness. Sweet raisin flavor with spicy yeast and some peppercorns. Light to medium body with average carbonation.
