On tap at Liquiderie, pours a dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of sherry-like oxidation, toffee, brown sugar, and a touch of whiskey barrels. Flavour is much the same, with bready toffee, caramel, whiskey barrels, and a pleasant sherry-like oxidation. Real nice balance and complexity. Very good.

On tap at À La Bière Comme À La Bière, pours a hazy bright red with a small pink-tinged white head. Aroma is full of juicy dry raspberries, wheatiness, and a touch of tartness. Flavour is dry, fruity and wheaty, with plenty of tart raspberries, a dry wheaty body, and light lacto. Really competently put together. Excellent.

Deep chestnut brown topped with a beige cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is fruit cake mix, toffee, toasted brown sugars, raisins, dates, light booze.
Taste comprises caramel, stewed fruits, figs, balanced whisky strokes, raisins, toffee, toasted brown sugars, light vinous oak.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid BA BW.

Ystad Tasting (25/11/2023) - aroma and taste is sweet dark malty, some cocoa and caramel, apple fruity accents, full bodied, apple kissed sweet malty warming finish into the close. Very nice.

Roasted and sweet dark malty with chocolate and caramel, full bodied, dark malty finish.

Juicy fruity aroma and taste with lots of exotic and citrus fruity notes, malty backing, solid hoppy finish.

Sour and tart fruity with apricot, light peachy accents, wooden accents, light to medium body and acidity, tart fruity close.
