On top of a hill in Bern: Pours slightly cloudy yellow. Aroma is light gain. Taste is bready and pretty sweet. Fruity aftertaste. Not too bad compared to Gurten Bare, which I drank at the same time.

Fliptop bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Yoo. Clear straw color with medium frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grass, herbs, vegetables and honey. Tastes light sweet and sour grainy and grassy with crisp and dry mouthfeel and medium bitter finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Nothing special, fairly drinkable...

Bottle from Drinks of the World, Bern.Very light coloured pour with a white head and lots of carbonation. Weak aroma, Yeasty, slightly malty, bitter taste that hits the palate, but not particularly satisfying and a little bit watery. This one wont make my list of favourites.

Bottle in the lounge at the Zürich Marriott. This brew is a dark brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lace stick to the glass. Bready malt, caramel and mild hops in the nose. Light body with a roasty malt character and flavors of caramel and slightly herbal hops. The finish is clean and malty. Fairly average all around.
