Description
Our brewmaster Karl fermented his first cider as a young schoolboy, many years before he was of legal age to taste it. Since then, he has never stopped experimenting with all sorts of fruits and flavors. This passion for natural ingredients and the wonders of fermentation is shared by our team and is reflected in our range of innovative ciders.

330ml bottle, trade from Herrkleman, many thanks! Orangy-red amber colour, large pinkish white foam head that dissipates away to a thin layer and aroma of tart fruits, juicy quince. Taste is tart & slightly spicy apple, with blackcurrant, quince and dry citric hop notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, very dry citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle, trade from Herrkleman, many thanks! Pours a sparkling golden colour with a white foam head that dissipates away to a thin layer and aroma of fruity melon, citrus hoppy. Taste is tart apple, woody oak, formic acid hint, with fruity citric hop notes, some apple skin and light earthy tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy foamy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable

330ml bottle from Pilango Cider Vault, London. Yellow golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and mellow apple & citrus hop aroma. Taste is fruity, green apple, citric hop, some apple skin and white wine notes. Medium bodied, fine slightly spritzy carbonation, dry acidic fruity hop finish. Nicely drinkable.
