Tieforange kupferfarben und klar. Leichte Schaumbildung. In der Nase nimmt man in erster Linie reife bis überreife, marmeladige Erdbeernoten wahr. Zarte Apfelherbe im Hintergrund. Der Antrunk wirkt frisch und angenehm spritzig, süßlich fruchtig bis leicht fruchtig-säuerlich mit Noten von rotem Apfel und reifer Erdbeere. Dem schlanken Körper steht eine schöne Rezenz, wenig Textur und ein fruchtiges Spiel aus Süße, Säure und leichter Herbe gegenüber. Auf Zunge und Gaumen machen sich frische, fruchtige, süß-säuerliche und saftige Noten von rotem Apfel und reifer bis marmeladiger Erdbeere breit. Das Zusammenspiel von Frucht, Süße, Säure und leichter Herbe wirken sehr ausgeklügelt, harmonisch, sehr aromatisch, aber auch durchaus erfrischend. So ergibt sich ein sehr schönes Trinkgefühl und man greift wieder und wieder aufs Glas. Wirklich schön! Im Nachtrunk fallen Süße und Säure relativ rasch ab und eine aromatische, fruchtige Herbe bleibt lange stehen.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Aroma is bright apple juice with fruity hops, citrus, notes of passion fruit, plenty of mandarin. Flavour is tartish and mild sweet, light body. Quite tasty, the tropical/citrussy C-hops work well with the apples.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Aroma is heavy on the lemon with lime, additional citrussy notes including some mandarin and bergamot. Picking up some herbal notes. Moderate lemony sourness in the flavour. Light to medium body. Lemon/citrus quite dominant here.
