Sample, thanks to Grumbo. Shared with blackhaddock at our rare country / region mega tasting afternoon. Pale golden yellow, small white head. Pale malt, grassy with a strange adjunct sweetness coming into play. Passable.

From bottle at Travellers Lodge, Bagamoyo, 31.10.21. Clear pale golden. Head is quickly diminishing to nothing. Soma aroma and taste of pilsner malt and grassy hops, particularly in aftertaste.

Sample thanks to Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, fruits, cardboard. Taste is sweet malty, fruity, earthy hints, cardboardy, some bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, drying papery bitter finish. Standard pale lager.

Sample @ obscure lager tasting with Jeremy. Thanks Graham and Marek for this! Getting to the point in the tasting where I'm struggling for new descriptive terms. Clear gold, gently sweet, malty, but generally a bit bland. I should really just copy and paste that for every lager from now on.

Bottle at home, pale golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, grain. Taste is the same, bittersweet, light refreshing, hint of metal. not bad.

Bottled. Clear golden, mid sized head. Aroma of corn bread. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Corn and some hay. Rather low bitterness. Relatively clean and drinkable.
