From barrel @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours amber with a medium foam. Aroma of bread, cereals, light hops, grass, yeasts, nice. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitter end. Medium to light body, light carbonation. Another jewel from Franconia.

Hopfig-karamelliger, eher milder Antrunk. Noch etwas karamelliger werdend, da andere Aromen rar sind, ist dies mit Abstand das Stärkste. Sehr süffig, die Malzigkeit tritt nur zusammen mit der leichten aber unterstützenden Süße auf. Wenig herb. 10/10/9/9//9

@ brewpub. Brownish, slightly gold colour. Quite earthy with breadcrust notes. Toasty, some fizzy darker fruit notes. Has a rustic breadcrust character. Maltier than I’d prefer but it’s okay.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild malty aroma, not hoppy, perhaps slightly spicy. The colour seems to be dark amber, served in a mug. Unstable white head. Good malty flavour. Nice hoppy note, not grassy, slightly rough, but very good.

Draught: Colour unknown - served in a stein - presumably amber coloured with a slowly collapsing creamy off-white head; dusty-malty nose with a firm hoppy background; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering peppery dryish hoppy finish. Fine, spicy stuff........
