2009 stamped bottle. Pours with a long lasting (for a cider) frothy white head over an extremely pale body. Aroma of sulfur, CO2, dry and bitter apples (crab apples). Taste is light and sugary with a light bitter note and dry. Boring and a very bland uncomplex, cider. Not good. Dry to watery thin mouthfeel, over carbonated with large bubbles.

Draft @ The Bistro, Hayward, CA. Pours a pale slighlty greensih color with no head. Has a sweetish pear aroma. Fruity sweetish pear flavor with some citric hints. Crisp fruity pear finish.

Fair. Very clean, sweet and appley. Not very complex. Juicy. Pale apple flesh color. Light carbonation, just for tingles.

From tap at Pizza Port Solana Beach. Pours clear and pale greenish yellow with a fully diminished head. Citric pear aroma. Flavour is clean and crisp sweet pears with a nice lingering acidic/citric flavour into the finish. Ends quite fruity and citric. Nice, although I guess the heat at this place helped me enjoy this one more than I would have done anywhere else.

Draft. A light golden cider. The aroma is dominated by apples combined with slight notes of wood. The flavor is sweet apply with a slightly tart dry finish.

From tap at Pizza Port, Carlsbad. pours pale yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma is mild apple, dry. Flavour is light apple flavoured, only vague sweet and quite clean with no phenolic notes at all. slight alcohol finish.

12 oz bottle shared by Enniskillen from John’s Marketplace; Nose of pear juice; translucent pale yellow with a few bubbles on the snifter’s sides; flavor of pear, you can almost detect the stone cells; very slightly tart, not sweet.

Crisp apple aroma. Very light golden color with lots of bubbles - not tiny ones though. Thin to medium bodied, with spritzy carbonation. The flavor is more ripe apple than cooked apple. A hint of standard soft cider. The finish is something like green apples. A pretty decent straight cider.

Bottle. The aroma is pear, much like sniffing a ripe bartlett. The color is water lightly tinged with gold. No head. Some tiny bubbles. Thin to medium bodied. Spritzy carbonation. The flavor starts with ripe pear, finishes with a slight sour like pear or apple skin. Quite clean, and very refreshing.
