(On tap) Clear golden with short lived white head. Nice aroma - citrus with yeasty funky notes. Light body nicely carbonated. Taste is tart citrus with earthy notes. Pleasant refreshing, Brett character not as prominent as I expected. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pint on tap at brewery. Hazy red/brown beer with solid white head. Sour grain nose. Full-bodied, zingy, creamy. Touch of fruit and dough in the sweet finish. Not bad, drinkable.

It’s nice to be smashing a pony of this on the premises on a Monday afternoon. There’s an intriguing mix of aromas, including apricot, nougat and spearmint. They’re all prominent in the mouth, together with honey and - thanks to the previous reviewer of this beer - metal filings. Perfect description. A very enjoyable and thoroughly different IPA.
