330ml bottle into schooner glass. Hoppy fruity nose, lightly citric, grassy. Pours a hazy golden amber with thin white head. Medium carbonation. Watery feel with a little bitterness. Abrupt finish is bland and indifferent. Tiny hop note.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/1/2015. Pours a deep red amber with almost no head. The aroma is primarily light cinnamon. Flavour wise, there’s a little chocolate and caramel malt, a hint of dark fruit and more cinnamon, but it doesn’t really jump out at you. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Everything about this beer is quite subdued and a bit underwhelming. Not great.

Earthy hops, dirt, grain were all I could pick out of this one. Easily the most disappointing Redoak of the night’s session.

Deep reddish in color with an off-white head. Nutty aroma with sweet malt, a bit of chocolate in the back. Medium bodied. Flavor has the nutty notes, caramel malt, light hazelnut, chocolate, and very light earth tones. Very enjoyable.

Black with a tan head. Roasted malts, a bit burnt malt. Flavor is similar with a touch of cocoa bittersweetness. Medium bodied. Good schwarz.

Clear yellow with a white head. More intense of a cereal grain aroma than I expected. Flavor is similar with light herbal notes. Lightly crisp on the end. Decent lager but too grainy for a summer lager.

Citrus, light resinous hops, and sweet candied fruit. Light malt profile. Medium body. Crisp finish. Very nice.

Dark brown, not much head. Aroma is all kinds of cinnamon and clove, maybe ginger. Pretty thin, light ginger and clove, a bit of sweeter dark malts. Definitely too light for northern Christmas but I guess in Oz its a bit warmer in December.

Hazy amber-tan. Bubbly head. Aroma is very fresh, resiny hop - piney, leafy w a hint of tropical fruit. Sweetish taste with lots of fruity character. Different, juicy, goes down quickly...but for drinkability though I know I’d prefer a bit more bitterness.

Hazy reddish-brown. Thin, weak head. Oaky aroma is fairly vinous, with plums and cherries. Decent -smells like Flemish sour. Mild tartness carries mostlt a barrel note with a dash of acid, and lots of dark fruits. A clean but timid Flemish-style sour.
