(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Discreetly aroma of doughy pale malt and white bread, also hints of metal and shy traces of grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Initially slightly sugary, if not a tad worty malt character with dough and white bread; sweet and delicately grassy finish. Rather meh. 12.IX.18

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and fluffy foam. Slightly grainy malty aroma with mineralic accents and a mildly flowery and delicately spicy hoppy background. Mildly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Clean pale malt character with cautious grainy spots, minerals and a delicately spicy hoppy touch from behind; dry and mildly hop bitter finish. Likeable Helles. 12.IX.18

Bouteille: Mahagony coloured, clear, quite stable off-white head; Dark malt and caramel in the moderate bitter-sweet nose, traces of Burnt malt and herbal hops still detectable; moderate, as well, bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit sticky and a bit tart; delicate metallic traces in the herbal-bitter and malty finish. Not too bad...

Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly malty base with a complex and rounded hops profile, leading into a mildly dry and slightly bitter finish with citric, resiny and spicy hoppy accents. Good one. 30.VII.18

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Mildly citric and slightly flowery hoppy nose with slightly doughy and grainy pale malt. Slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Grainy malty base with mainly citrus-fruity hops, getting slightly resiny towards the mildly bitter finish.
