Each time that I drank this beer, my first impression was good, nice malty taste in the mouth but disappearing quickly and finishing watery, drinking it in 2016, from the denner supermarket, tasting it at Prélaz.

For a Christmas edition, you could expect a way of beer more malty and spicy, even though, it is acceptable, light Vienna lager, not usual in Switzerland, light note of dry malt, a bit metallic, a bit toffee, dry hop for lager, 09.11.22 from one coop.

It is a easy dunkel beer. The color is black, brown, average carbonation. The taste is in the mouth discreet, sweet, malt but a bit watery, drinking it a really long time ago and it was the old version.

Not bad, a light session IPA, watery with notes of pine tree, hop, resinous, a bit citrus, a good beer for July and August, 08.02.19, at Epalinges and buying it at Boissons Service Prilly.

I was pleasantly surprised with this new version of boxer that doppelleu have bought this year, aromatic american pale ale, bitter, watery, 08.05.18, at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it in one coop.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è bassa e le bollicine hanno una la velocità di risalita morbida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il finale è semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano indizi di erbe aromatiche, carta e cartone.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca ha un gusto prevalente di malto, e poi miele, biscotto, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, erbaceo e agrumi.
