Craft is the first Greek microbrewery that started the microbrewing revolution back in 1997 by producing for the first time in Greece fresh limited production beers at premises accessible to the general public.

During our exciting learning journey throughout the years, we developed a profound knowledge of beer, raw materials, the trade secrets of brewing, and we developed several innovative and traditional recipes.

tap at cafe not far from boheme, rethymno, crete. clear yellow, small thick white head. aroma is very sligthly sour,not very hoppy, mild. flavor is sweet, butter, corn?? , ends mild and sweet.

tap at restaurant boheme, rethymno, crete. clear yellow, small thick white head. aroma is hoppy, pimne, grapefruit, yet mild. flavor is hoppy,s weet, very well balanced, strong falvor, very delcicious, excellent pilsener.

tap at restaurant boheme, rethymno , crete. clear brown, small thick beige head. aroma is sweet, berry, pine, grapefruit (hops), faint dark fruits, faint licorice. flavor is red berries, hops, raisisns, cola nut. Nice hoppy red, with some dark fruity notes.

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Reddish brown color. Malty, just a bit vinous aroma with grapes and a hint of caramel. Thinnish, malty caramelly flavor with red grapes. Just a hint of flowery bitterness and tartness in the finish. Pleasant session ale.

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Orange blonde, cloudy. Hints of clove, flour, citrus and banana in the aroma. Thinnish. Fruity, slightly herbal hefeweizen. Clove, banana, lemon and pineapple in the flavor. Just a little bit exotic weizen, but certainly not bad.

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Blonde. Only a hint of flowers in the hardly noticeable aroma. Malty, sweetish, almost oily flavor, with hints of flowers and citrus. Medium bodied. Just above standard pale lager.

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Golden color. Smoked cheese aroma with beechwood. Milky flavor, lightly smoked, with beechwood and smoked cheese, and hints of peach and apple. Not in any way comparable with the great Bamberg beers, but this is a very pleasant lager!

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Deep dark brown color, almost black. Roastaroma with cappucino. Malty, roasty sweet flavor with cappucino and a hint of ash. Also a hint of pear. Pleasant session beer.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Roast red, coarse head. Floral and caramelly. Sweetwith light-medium body. Somewhat fruity but caremels comes to dominate. A bit of spicy hops, but fairly low bitterness. Feels like a pedestrian US brewpub amber ale.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, coarse head. Smokey beechwood aroma. Fairly sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with smokey sausage aroma and low bitterness. Pleasant, mid intesnity beechwood smoke, but a bit clean in the mouth.
