Description
As part of a museum at the ancestral home of the Earl of Lichfield a 2½BBL log fired plant was installed in 1990. A single beer was made but the brewery then remained unused until September 1996 when Titanic started brewing some beers on the plant. The beers brewed here are one mainly offs and third parties have often use the plant to produce pub house beers.

Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Gold colour with bubbly white head. Very citrusy hop aroma. Almost sour lemon curd in mouth, some grapefruit. Very hoppy finish. Probably the hoppiest Titanic beer I’ve had. Still got trademark rich malt though. It’s ok, but not exactly subtle. It is a bit lemon curdy.
