Description
As the oldest microbrewery in Florida, we are committed to two great challenges: satisfying our thirst for a well-crafted brew, and fulfilling the need to contribute to a strong, vibrant community. Dunedin Brewery is founded on values that make these goals a reality; like yourself, we value the integrity to stand for a cause, the stability gained from working hard, and the experience of connecting with good people—our dedicated staff of beer enthusiasts or our loyal guests. There are plenty of things to do in Florida—even plenty of things to do in Tampa Bay—but we strive to be more than just a place and more than just a beer; we strive to meet the challenge of creating an amazing city and an amazing craft brew.

Medium floral and fruity hop notes with some sweet bready malts. Medium bodied. Easy drinking but easily forgettable, too. It would make for a good session brew (if you knocked it down a %) on a friday night, though.

On tap at the Tampa Pours House Drink Local event pouring up clear pale gold with weak white head. The meek aroma is grainy, floral hops, sugary, esters and running towards cotton candy. The taste is, what? did they tap the wrong beer and I got some macro light crappy lager? The taste is thin, a little grainy, sweet with table sugar and then floral and a just noticeable level of spicy hops. It sort of dries out into the finish.

A lightly hazed dark reddish brown ale with a thin moka head. A lovely sweet vinous caramel aroma, light molasses, maple and licorice. In mouth, an oily licorice malt with warming alcohol, British hops, fusel wood, a nice winter warmer for sure. On tap at brewpub, May 23 2010.
