Stewart Brewing, founded in 2004 by Steve and Jo Stewart, is Edinburgh's original craft beer brewery! Stewart Brewing quickly established itself as one of Scotland's most successful and reputable breweries. Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lime and pineapple as expected. Taste is a little astringent. Light bitter finish.

Cask at the Ferry Tap. Pours hazy golden with a few hop floaters. Aromas of berries, peach, passionfruit. Taste is juicy bitter, some blueberry notes. Bitter finish.

Can from Sainsbury's. Pours murky yellow to orange with a thin white head.
Aromas of peach , orange and tropical fruits. Taste is more of the same. Creamy texture, sweet citrus finish.

Can from Lidl. Pours hazy yellow golden with a rocky white head. Aromas of melon and orange. Taste is grapefruit and light tropicalia. Oily texture, Light sweet finish.

Tap @ Sir Walter Scott, Edinburgh Airport. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 260726

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy orange and a thin wispy white head.
Nose - orange, bread, an edge of elderflower and other floral notes.
Taste - more orange and bread, dried orange, some lime zest at the back.
Palate - light to medium bodied, dry and bitter finish.
Overall - didn't look like a typical pilsner but has good pilsner bitterness. Good!
