Dark chesnut brown colour and small beige head. Toasted, a bit raisiny aroma. Light-bodied. Toasted malts, caramalt, touch of dark fruits. Ok.

Copper golden colour and small white head. Aroma has hints of resin, pine and caramalt. Quite neutral. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Some resin, caramalt, touch of wort flavour. Okish.

Hazy orange colour and small white head and lace. Tropical fruits, pineapple, mango in the nose. Medium-bodied. Overriped pineapple and stonefruit in the flavour. Malty, fruity. Ok.

Omaha beer trip #66. Crowler from the brewery, 1/22/24. Very hazy orange, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of yeast, wheat, stone fruit. Taste is wheat, spice, citrus. Crisp, well balanaced. Nice hefe.

Omaha beer trip #57. Crowler from the brewery two nights ago, 1/22/24. Clear amber, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of caramel, toast, cherry. Taste is toffee, earth, piney hop. A bit too bitter. Solid.

Crowler from the the brewery about 6 hours ago. 1.19.24 (barely). Clear dark red, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, raisin. Taste is toffee, raisin, caramel, hint of pine. Well balanced. Solid.

Crowler filled about 30 minutes ago, from the brewery, 1/19/24. Clear amber, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of melon, grapefruit, toast, fruitiness. Taste is grapefruit, pine, resin, pale malt. Dry, lingering bitterness,. Nice.

Firkin at the brewery, 1/19/24. Clear red, medium tan head, good retention. Aroma of cinnamon, toasted malt, toffee. Taste is toasted malt, cherry, toffee, caramel. The cacao didn't come through. Thin. Solid.

Keg at the brewery, 1/19/24. Clear gold, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, bit of Asian citrus. Taste is grapefruit, pine, resin, stone fruit. Well balanced, lingering bitterness.
