Bottle/Fest. A- Funk, bright, mild citrus. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Subtle brett, funk, lemon, slightly acidic, tart, mild apple. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, funky finish. O- Really nice balance. Not too funky. A bit overpriced for $20 a bomber but it does resemble a gueuze as much as some of the Belgian ones I've had. Solid offering.

Draft. A- Char, roasty, cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, beige head. T- Cocoa, roasty, licorice, subtle umami. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A very well done traditional RIS. Wish there was a few more of these going around. Balanced flavors, good stuff.

Draft. A- Light, stale stone fruits, chalk. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Soapy, bitter, fake vanilla, mild spices. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, chalky finish. O- Not a fan. A really off tasting lingering flavor. Very bitter and chalky. The lactose really ruins it. Gimmicky.
Happy New Year 2020! Nice brew, smooth, caramel, bread, balanced.

Draft. A- Smoked grains, mild citrus. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Smokey, orange peel, medium bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not the umami flavor you might get in a lot of smoked beers but still tasty. You still know this is an IPA with some citrusy hops and lingering bitterness on the tongue but the smoke adds a really nice touch.

Draft/Fest. A- Grains. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- No flavor here. Pretty sure they stole the name from UNO's motto. Not impressed.

Draft/Fest. A- Grill salt, pepper. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Spices, clove, mild bubblegum. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty nice. Typical straw flavors with some added spice, primarily black and white pepper and some paprika and salt like notes as well.

Draft/Fest. A- Earthy. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Earthy, coffee, vanilla. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- I admit I enjoyed this one but I didn't get any of that nitro creamy mouthfeel, thank God. Not sure this qualifies as a stout when it's clearly a cream ale with a lot of adjuncts. Good but categorically, all messed up.

Draft/Fest. A- Weak. A- Peach color, clear liquid, white head. T- Floral, dirty, mild plum. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Definitely had that sour plum character to it although it's mild. Not bad but I do wish it was a tad bit stronger in flavor.
