Draft. A- Lemon pez. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon candy, slightly bitter, subtle wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The aroma is straight up lemon pez candy or perhaps lemon meringue pie. Really nice and a pleasant surprise. The taste is not near as sweet but the lemon does remain. Takes on a slightly hoppy and wheat taste. Would love to know what is all in this. Slightly soapy but overall nice.

Draft. A- Orange juice. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Oranges, tangy, mildly sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Tasted about like orange tangy. Almost even tasted gritty from the Tang powder but maybe it's my imagination. Wonder how much tang went into here. Not bad at all.

On tap at Upstream, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, with dark red fruits, and bready malt. Flavour is rather perfumey and estery, with lots of alcohol, perfume, and Belgian yeast. Pretty incompetently brewed - chaotic, inauthentic and difficult to drink.

On tap at Upstream, pours a deep burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with Christmas spices, especially nutmeg and gingerbread, with a touch of cinnamon and bready caramel. Flavour tastes like a sweet gingerbread cookie, with lots of nutmeg and cinnamon, followed by caramel and bready toffee. I usually don't care for these highly spiced beers, but this is done very well.

On tap at Upstream, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh earthy coffee upfront, with a touch of coconut. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of coffee upfront, followed by a touch of coconut, and toasted bready caramel. Not the most pronounced or distinguished flavours, but it works pretty well.

On tap at Upstream, pours a deep dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is very malty, with lots of caramel and dark dried fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with caramel, bready malt and dried dark fruits. Nice and malty, with loads of caramel on the finish. Not particularly deep, but it's competent enough.

On tap at Upstream, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, a little pine, and caramel bready malt. Flavour is fairly bright, with a citrus hop character, some resins, and a weird chemically off-note that disturbs the palate. Flawed.

On tap at Upstream, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle floral hops and soft biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a floral hop character that ends up being rather soapy, along with a dry biscuity malt base. Too much detergent. Meh.

On tap at Upstream, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle lacto and a hint of tart citrus. Flavour follows along the same lines, with lots of lacto. Lightly tart and even more lightly acidic. Not bad.
