Bottle 2ltr: One of the better brews from Bosnia this fine thirstquenching pivo, grassy starts thats common for the Balkan countries, almost no bitter finish.

Light, spritzy with lots of plastic. I wanted a country tick while in Croatia and this did it. Not sure where I bought, but wasn’t too impressed.

Rating from the past. Pours a clear golden color, topped with an average white head. Malty aroma with some grains, mild and pretty basic. Taste is sweet with a slightly bittery finish. Some metallic notes in the aftertaste. Typical average lager, really.

Bottle, 1l, Croatia, couple a years ago. Was actually pleasantly surprised with this one considering it was a BiH lager. Drinkable and not that bad.

I’ve try this beer in both bottle and 2l pet. Ofcourse beer from bottle was better. It taste lightly bitter with grass hop. It’s golden colour with white foam that quickly dissapears. It’s not something I would drink twice.

50cl bottle from a supermarked in Mostar - enjoyed at the rooftop terrace of Motel Demadino, Mostar. Had it straight from the bottle as there were no glasses available. Sweet and malty, but a step up from the usual pale lager. Nice and refreshing. I enjoyed this beer, or maybe it was the complete experience, ie. the setting: Drinking it watching the sun set behin the mountains overlooking Mostar. Anyway, I wouldn’t mind drinking it again. Decent lager!

2 l plastic bottle. Poured golden body with bigger head. Grainy, bread malty and hay aroma. Hay in the flavor as well, some herbal hops and ordinary honey malt notes as well. Short, watery finish, some hops here again and some malty sweetness. Pretty boring, but it’s not offensive nor the worst thing around. Lowenbrau and some other still remains best cheap beer available in 2l bottles here.

big brown plastic bottle (2000ml). -Clear yellow coloured, medium to big white head, slight bready nose. Lively carbonation. Bready and slight watery with obvious corn presence. Moderate bitter finish. Easy drinkable supermarket crap for hot summer days.

Found this yesterday in the local Tommy store, 2l only. Pale golden body, shiny yellow maybe, big thick white head that went away fast. Some oily dusty hopiness in the nose, maaybe a little malt. Light taste dominated by a bready maltiness, surrounded at first and then eaten up by a weak acidic herbal hopiness that gives it all too little bitterness, but what it gives stays in the aftertaste. For 6kn a liter, this is ok. By itself, underwhelming, but needs to be tested in circumstances that it’s made for, read, getting pissed with friends some random night.
