(bottle, a present from pivnizub - thanks !) Hazy, murky brown colour with a mid-sized off-white foamy head. Sweet and yeasty toast-malty aroma, slightly wheaty with strong notes of clovy phenols, also a bit soapy. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Slim and slightly toasty malty taste with hints of caramel, very restrained fruit character, but quite heavy clove phenols; short malty and clovy finish. All in all not bad.

(bottle, with thanks to pivnizub !) Cloudy orange-golden coloured effervescent hue with a mid-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet and slightly sour wheaty, banana-fruity aroma with a touch of clovy spice. Light-sweet flavour, wheat-malty and yeasty taste with notes of banana and citrus; fruity, slightly acidic and clovy finish with dense traces of bitterness. Absolutely average Hefeweizen.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, pale yellow colour with a big but also non-persistent white foam. Sweet and slightly dusty wheat aroma with nutmeg and loads of cloves. Sweet flavour, wheat-malty and strong clovy taste with light fruity notes; light to medium body, fizzy carbonation even for a wheat beer; medium-dry, sweet and slightly acidic clovy finish. Hardly drinkable.

Bottle: Pale golden, medium-sized fluffy, lacing head; sweet grainy to malty aroma with a "sweet" floral hoppy, a bit resinous touch; soloid sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, light bodied; mild sweetish finish with a distinctive aromatic hoppiness. A pleasant and tasty Helles !

Bottle: Golden coloured, bigger fluffy, slowly diminishing head; citrus-fruity and clovey aroma; light bodied, delicate sweetish and a bit sourish flavour; short fruity, clovey, sourish finish. Drinkable, but really no pleasure..............
