Negra. Espuma abundantísima, fuera de lo común, ocre. Aroma algo agrio bastante herbal y ligeramente a tabaco. Compleja e interesante en boca. Textura muy suave, casi sin nada de gas. Inicio tostado, para evolucionar a un final bastante lupulado y amargo, de nuevo herbal para dejar un rico postgusto, con notas tostadas, herbales y algo de chocolate. Muy interesante.

Tap @ La Vache Folle. Hazy orange coloured with a white head. Nose is sour, funky, fruity, bit of grapefruits. Not sure whether this was intended or a beginning of a brett infection... At any rate, smells pretty good. Flavour is hoppy, grapefruits, bit of sweet malts, citrus, tropical fruits. Do not really get the wheat. Well drinkable.

Bottle from Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. Black coloured with a thin beige head. Nose is roasted malts, lots of chcolate, coffee cream, hint of dark fruits. Flavour is roasted malts and coffee, chocolate and coffee cream, dark fruits. Roasty and creamy. Finish is dry. Lots of flavours.

botella 33 cl en el momento el 19-06-2015 Belmonte. de vivalabirra. Lote 2011527 hasta 02-2016. (R17) color marrón oscuro con espuma beige. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo dulces con bastante gas y sabores carbónicos. Bastante espuma blanca y cuerpo medio con gas y algo pastoso. normal.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a neat ruby red with a slight haze and a fizzy yet quickly dissipating beige head. Very delicate and enticing aroma, burned caramel, balsamico, dried dark fruits - complex. Medium body only, extremely overcarbonated which is making the beer very difficult to drink. Pity since it’s very vinous, delicious, woody and complex. Quite som warming alcohol in the finish. 240615

Bottle 330ml. [ As Sesma Prunus Persica ].[ Trade by saxo ]. Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, fruit, tart fruit, peach, tart - sour peach, sweet fruit - peach, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fermented peach, dark peach, tart peach, rubber notes. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Hazy golden color with a white head with good retention. Aroma has citrus notes and yeast with wheaty hints. Flavor is slightly bittery with mild sweet notes. Slightly sweety in the final. Refreshing.
