473ml can. Pours an opaque black with a large, foamy, long lasting, tan head that leaves sticky curtains of soapy lace. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, liquorice, faint smoke and coffee. Semi-sweet flavour of roasted malt, molasses, liquorice, raisin and dark chocolate in a dry, bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a silky, smooth texture and soft carbonation. A nice sipper.

473ml can shared with my wife. Pours a hazy gold with a medium, frothy, short lived white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grainy wheat malt, lemonade and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, pithy lemon and bitter grass in a dry, tart finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable, but a bit weird. The lemon tastes like it came from those yellow plastic squeeze bottles shaped like a lemon.

473mL can, pours a dirty dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has artificial chocolate, some faint chocolate cake, subtle cocoa powder, some earthiness, but no real malt base. Flavour is thin, with artificial chocolate, vegetal notes, subtle cocoa powder, and some earthiness. Vegetal, very light, artificial; doesn’t have any malt base, drinking more like a brown ale. Very poorβ€”the fuck were they thinking here?

This poured medium brown with probably the biggest protein chunk I've ever seen in a beer. The aroma tells me this is going to be sweet, thin and bland, despite a blizzard of adjuncts. Ok body, but not much going on. Yeah, the adjuncts are all over the place, does not come together. There is no joy here.

Poured from 473mL can (stamped 03/12/2025). Very dark brown with minimal beige head; big gelatinous gloop in the can. Brown ale with vanilla and chocolate, no espresso, cheap birthday cake adjunct brown ale.
