Draught at All In Beerfest, 2014. Clear straw yellow, medium big white head. Aroma of fresh cut grass, grainy, slight herbal and minerals, pale malt. Taste is medium sweet with a bready pale malt backbone, grass and herbs on top, slight crisp ending. Light to medium body, medium carbo, sharp bubbles. A very well made pilsener, it’s got the best of the German one with cripsiness and the slight diacetyllic malty touch of the Czechian ones - just brilliant!

Draught @ Ölstugan Tullen Andra Lång. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy and fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is subtle, tiny estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, pineapple, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lime zest and lemon zest. Taste is fruity, estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, banana bread, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, melon, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lime leaves and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry and light to medium bodied. finish is fruity, slightly estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, unripe banana, grapefruit, pineapple, hy, dry soil and lemon zest. Rather pleasant but a bit too heavy on the banana esters.

Smell is malty and slightly floral with dark bread, biscuits, caramel, moist soil, grass and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, malty and slightly floral with dark bread, biscuits, caramel, grapefruit, grass, moist soil, minerals and lemon zest.
