Can, purchased from the brewery. Pours opaque black with a small, slightly fizzy tan head and decent lacing. Aroma is rich and voluminous, fudge, bourbon, oak, more fudge. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light plus bitter. some heat. Full body. Quite nice.

Tap. Pours clear golden orange, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light biscuit, caramel, bread. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, but of a sharp acrid note. Hmm. Lingering bitterness. Light body. Not my fave

8oz pour into a bulbous glass at Project Social on 3rd September 2025. Clean amber/golden pour, white wispy covering and collar. Malty front to the slightly boozy Bock, decent hop balance and a pleasant drink all round.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a clear mahogany brown colored body that supports a nice tan head of foam that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The modest aroma is steeped in a blend of fruity esters, roasted malts, a bit of nuttiness and then chocolate to burnt malts into the end of the draw. The taste follows suit as I get murmurs of sweet dark fruity esters flowing into nutty malts, earthy malts and growing dark roasted malts. Another swig reveals a layer of chocolate malts and dark roasted coffee. Solid Brown

Part of a three beer flight at The Pizza Store by OC Local, on 23rd April 2025. Clean and bright amber body, off white wisp on top. Malty front with minimal hop action, drying finish. Liked it.

US Pint can from Mirage Wines & Liquor. Drank at our Air B&B in Palm Springs on 17th April 2025. My can claims Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Mostly clear golden body, white crown, tropical fruit aroma and taste, slight peachy lead maybe. Nice easy going semi-sweet IPA with a good hoppy feel.

Peach color, mild sweet tart aroma. Thin lasting lacing. Nice blend of sweetness and moderate sourness, leans to the sour side. Under ripe peach at the end. Smooth sour aftertaste.

On tap at Angel's Trumpet Ale House, pours a cloudy muddled amber red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of musty blueberries, hay, and big lacto. Flavour is dry and fruited, with musty hay-like notes, dry blueberries, and lacto. Pretty standard fruited kettle sour but at least it's fermented dry. Decent.
