Bottled. Pale orange and hazy. Rich complex orangey hops and apricot in the nose. Sweet, but strikingly hopy. Peppery with lovely depth and a lingering bitter finish. Real classy!

Glowing pale, slight haze, abundant foam; toasty, peppery, champagne-like aroma (and no I''m not being fanciful); dry, white peppery body, slight acid, reasonable potency is belied by unique complexity. The Malheur yeast likes the methode champagnoise. Truth is, so do I.

Opaque light orange colour; thick, creamy head considering how much alcohol this has; aroma shows orange, melon, alcohol, spice (thyme, mint, anise); firm body; yeasty, malty palate, dry from alcohol, more fruit (apricot, pear). I love the yeast-fruit interplay.

Pale orange and hazy with rich creamy head. Big apricot aroma. Full bodied, sparkling mouthfeel (yes, champagne like). Sweet and bitter finish.
