The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malty, big dry yeast, light citrus fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Flavour is on the hoppy side, with gentle citrus hops, sweet cereal malt, and straw. Nothing like a kolsch, but it's fairly decent.
