So the question now is: Where do we go from here?
We've come a long way from home brewing in Luke's living room, but throughout our ethos has remained the same: working with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to push the local scene forward, to develop, innovate, craft and create. We want to make a craft beer community, to fight against the encroachment of corporate beer on craft by showing what real craft is.

330ml bottle from Battle of Bull, Cheras, Malaysia. Poured a hazy reddish brown colour, with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is big passionfruit. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, yeasty, tart passionfruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A bit one dimensional, but rather tasty and ideal for the Asian climate.

Tall bottle from 2020 Christmas white elephant. Saved for a whole somewhat inadvertently. Dark copper brown pour. Limited white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is cherry raspberry grape tartness - like a light fruity Pinot noir. Some round wood comes through too. Taste is tart red berries with some sweetness and slight vanilla but might be just because I know it’s barrel aged. Palate is rich which helps my usual gripe about sours being too thin. Tingly tart carbonation avoids cloying. Lasting tartness with alcohol warmth. Aroma much more wine-like than taste.
