Description
The Brewery has a production capacity of over 5000 liters, allowing us to make our staple Lamma Island IPA, Hong Kong Bastard Imperial IPA, Quit Your Job! Saison, Machine Men Pale ale, and Seasonal Real Ales, as well as stretch our creative muscles and push boundaries with numerous experimental single batch brews, using fruit, cryo-hops, barrel aging, or anything else we can think of to make the best, most interesting, most exciting beer possible.
So the question now is: Where do we go from here?
We've come a long way from home brewing in Luke's living room, but throughout our ethos has remained the same: working with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to push the local scene forward, to develop, innovate, craft and create. We want to make a craft beer community, to fight against the encroachment of corporate beer on craft by showing what real craft is.

Too much sabro for me. A good lager with lots of coconut, pineapple and tropical notes

Not sure what wampi tastes like. But there’s a slightly spiky grape+ lime flavour going on here. Lightly sour. Smooth finish

Bottle from Winerack at home. Not sure what to expect. Dark hazy opaque muddy rusty apple juice. Aroma is wow - candy pear fizz cream with a zingy tartness. Interesting! Taste is super strong pear - like bosc or conference pear more than Asian style pears. Soft and tart. Milkshake creaminess definitely there too, some vanilla-adjacent notes. Finish is tingly sour but not face-scrunchingly so, making it much better for me as someone who doesn’t drink a lot of sours. Palate is rich for sure but not like pear pulp with cream, as I feared. Really good! Highly recommend trying.

Hazy gold pour. Stone fruit on the nose. Thick oat mouthfeel. Melon, more stone fruit and citrus in the mouth. Very easy drinking.

Massive fresh peach nose, tart funk to follow. A bit of roundness, almond-like and yoghurt tart slightly. Really easy drinking, dangerous at 9%
