12/7/2025. Can shared by DanF, cheers! Aroma is perfumed, camp coffee, light spice, hedgerow, white chocolate, herb. Medium sweetness, a little soapy, with an initial odd unpleasant bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not a white stout fan and this one hasn’t changed my mind.

Can from Seijo Ishii. A bit muddy medium gold. Dank, resiny nose, bready malts, some caramel, grapefruit. Old school and well done. Rich malt, some light caramel and biscuits, lots of pine and resins, also dank weed and citrus, mostly grapefruit. Very enjoyable.

Nose is fruit esters, dark malts, spice, yuzu.
Taste comprises light charr, dark malts, perfume, spice, toasted brown sugar, cocoa powder.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow light juice laden hop bitterness.
Interesting ... a kind of Belgian Black IPA hybrid.

West Coast IPA
Nice pale gold color with thick foam and a piney sweet aroma. Medium bodied and smooth with a touch of huel melon notes. Good stuff.
