Derailleur Sarusica of the Valley of the Wind Koji Saison with Nelson Sauvin Hops 6% Nice cloudy Pale straw gold with big fizzy foam. Rich yeasty Koji fruity sake type aroma, medium bodied but quite dry. The taste is rich stone fruit and a yoghurt candy thing. There’s a bit of earthiness in the finish and the carbonation is a touch on the aggressive side but overall this is a pretty good beer.

Derailleur Eyes of the Tiger Ultimate Hazy Ucon Lager 6% Matte gold with a thick head of white foam and a juicy tropical hop bouquet. Medium to full bodied and relatively smooth with a vegetal/herbal juicy tropical hop element. It feels over the top but is pretty good. It looks to be some kind of tribute/collaboration with the Hanshin Tigers. 3.6-3.7

Derailleur Night Rider Clear Water Revival 5% Session IPA Nice citrusy aroma from a murky orange gold body. The taste is very green, earthy and bitter. I’d say it is somewhat rough.

(Can) Pours black no head. Lovely rich dark aroma - coffee. Medium body, smooth with soft fine carbonation. Good, unusual taste. Rich, dark and bitter. Coffee, dark chocolate. Peanuts apparent especially from mid palate. Long dark chocolate bitter finish. Unusual and very enjoyable.

Derailleur The Girl of Planet Pistachio 0999 Pistachio Imperial Stout 8.5% IBU 53 Deep inky black, tan foam with a definite buttery nutty flavor though not clearly pistachio. Solid big brew.

Derailleur Mataleon 6% Cream IPA Matte gold with an off white foam andrichand rich hoppy aroma between stone fruit and bright bitter hop bite. Quite full bodied wnd smooth. Nice stuff, I don’t get the cream but this is a solid ipa.

Can at Umineko. Black with brown lace. Nose is coffee, chocolate, pistachio. Flavor is roasty, nutty, chocolate, slightly burnt. Nicely done but the body is a bit thin.
