Can at Umineko. Creamy wheat nose, lemon and stone fruit. Hazy golden. Bitter, creamy, citrus, lime, wheat, with a bitter finish and full, smooth body. A fun beer, a super bitter NE IPA that works. Best beer from them in a long time.

Can at Umineko. Nose is peach and lemon. Deep orange color with a thick head. Nice peach flavor, grain, tangy. simple but tasty enough. Almost certainly using puree or extract, but not bad at all.

Berries and not much but it’s nice enough. Quite soft. Maybe something weird again. Something a little creamy

I have curry pretty often so not knowing anything beyond it’s a curry beer from Derailleur and it’s on sale I figured what the hell! Derailleur Curry Corry 5% Jalapeño Cardamom Sour Ale I was expecting this to suck especially when I saw it was a chili beer so I anticipated ultra spicy heat. Instead I got soft cardamom and floral fruity pepper notes that are somewhat coffee like. Taking a sip I felt like I was sucking on a lemon or lime!holy mouthpuckeribg sourness! However after that hefty dose of lime you get the lovely cardamom and mild jalapeño - the spice only gets accentuated by the curry but otherwise seemed lost in the sourness. I actually felt this paired really really well with curry and both benefitted. I’m bloody surprised as I was expecting this to be almost undrinkable. Instead, I’ve wolfed my way through both the beer and the curry!

Derailleur New World’s End Supernova IPA 5.8% 35 IBU Reddish orange with a rich stone fruit and orange aroma. Medium bodied with lots of orange. Decent but possibly underattenuated a bit. 3.4

Tap at CBL 2019. Gold color with a super pithey grapefruit aroma. Medium bodied with a very bitter pithy rough flavor. Awesome artwork but the beer itself was a let down.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yuzu, blood orange, spice, floral notes and fresh greed weeds. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Fairly hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel, malt, herbs, spicy notes and light citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
